1. Gently place the frosting on the cupcake about a centimeter in from the edge.
2. Using constant pressure, circle around the mound of filling in the center.
3. Start to climb the already piped-on frosting, circling up as you go.
4. To finish, stop pressure on the bag, push down slightly, and pull the bag away.
